Order before 1 PM PST Monday through Friday, and your order will ship the same day.
During high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 2–5 business days once processed.
Standard shipping worldwide can take up to 14 days, depending on the destination address.

Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@painfreeze.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.
